Eagle Pointe is ideally located in Kissimmee, just three miles south of the Highway 192 and situated just off Poinciana Boulevard.

The popular US 192 is approximately a 5 minute drive from the community and is home to a vast number of restaurants, bars, shops, outlet malls, smaller attractions and a 24 hour super Wal-Mart, which is very convenient for grocery shopping.

Eagle Pointe is approximately 15 minutes drive from the Disney Maingate area.

There are stunning lakes at this peaceful community and a wonderful selection of wildlife especially in or around the lakes.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool.

Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £110-£160 per week for electrical heating or £155-£195 per week for gas pool heating.
