High Grove is another new development Pillinger World Travel wanted to add to their portfolio.

With approximately 150 houses it is small enough to retain its lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer facilities you would expect from an upmarket resort.

The development is gated with a very plush feel.

High Grove is in a great location situated at the junction of the US Highway 192 and 27, just a 10 minute drive to the entrance to Walt Disney World. You have a Wal-Mart supermarket on your doorstep and close by are many restaurants and retail outlets.

The clubhouse facilities within High Grove are excellent and feature a large communal pool with heated spa, comfortable lounge area, fitness room, cyber café offering free internet access, a video arcade, children’s playground and tennis court.

All of the Villas at High Grove have been hand picked and are very plush with all furnishings being upgraded in every home, in fact these homes are easily some of the best rental properties available in the Orlando area.

Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £110-£160 per week for electrical heating or £155-£195 per week for gas pool heating.
