Sandy Ridge is a private community of 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes set in spacious lots with executive-style floorplans and amenities. Over 100 beautiful vacation homes are located within the landscaped gardens, with attention being paid to every detail.
Set in a peaceful wooded conservation area, Sandy Ridge is located in Davenport which is a new area of Orlando very close to the I4 and the US 192.
The theme parks are all within a 20 minute drive with the closest being Walt Disney World, which can be reached in just over 10 minutes, the furthest being Universal Studios, a mere 20 minute drive away.
In between, you will find Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet n' Wild. The various shopping malls in Orlando are also within easy reach, the furthest no more than 25 minutes away.
There are numerous attractions other than the major theme parks, such as Gatorland, Wonderworks and the many dinner shows available.
For the golfer there are numerous courses within a 15 minute drive from the villa, with the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course a mere 5 minutes from the villa.
With the US 192 and International Drive in easy reach, you will be spoiled for choice when deciding what to eat.

Swimming Pool
Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool.
Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £110-£160 per week for electrical heating or £155-£195 per week for gas pool heating.
