Southern Dunes is one of the most established, popular and well known villa developments in the whole Orlando area. A gated community of high specification villas situated around the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.

Though this is an ideal location for anyone with a passion for golf, it is not simply a golfer's paradise. The resort offers a huge range of high quality vacation properties from 3 Bedrooms through to 7 Bedrooms and a range of on-site amenities to keep every member of the family happy.

As well as the 18 hole Championship golf course with clubhouse, restaurant, bar and shop, guests at Southern Dunes have access to 3 communal swimming pools, a gym, 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, children's playground and extensive walking and jogging trails. Another major attraction is the 24 hour Wallmart Superstore and choice of restaurants and takeaways right outside the resort's entrance.

Expect to find an excellent level of self catering accommodation, these vacation homes are based around an open plan design with high ceilings, modern decor and a very light, relaxed living environment. The level of attention and expense lavished upon the furnishings, furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments is clear to see.

The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas, TV and VCR or DVD Player, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second family/sitting area which is a very popular feature with larger groups and families.

Outside is the main attraction, the private swimming pool with poolside loungers. All pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leafs and bugs out of the water.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool.

Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £110-£160 per week for electrical heating or £155-£195 per week for gas pool heating.
