The new and tranquil resort of Terrace Ridge is situated in an excellent location, just off Old Lake Wilson Road, 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort.

Both SeaWorld and Universal Orlando are just 20 minutes by car. It is also only 25 minutes from Orlando International airport and 55 minutes from Sanford Airport. So now you can get away from the crowd...and yet stay close.

This small prestigious gated community has outstanding facilities including a clubhouse that is exquisitely furnished, games room, fitness room, large communal pool with heated spa, shaded lanai and a volleyball court.

The modern condos are ideal for the smaller family or those on a budget. The 2 bedroom condos have a master suite which is luxury itself, with a queen-size bed, TV and its own private bathroom facilities and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The open plan kitchens have every modern convenience, including range, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. With complete laundry facilities and there are towels for use by the pool and a hairdryer.

The condos also have free high speed internet access, together with cable TV in the bedrooms. The 3 bedroom condos are the same as the 2 bedroom but feature another queen bedroom

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool.

Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £110-£160 per week for electrical heating or £155-£195 per week for gas pool heating.
