For beach lovers Bradenton and the gulf islands of Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key provide some of the most dazzling, white sandy stretches of coastline in the whole of North America. This area of Florida is regularly voted as one of the top 20 beaches in the whole of the USA. The beaches are very family friendly, there are various public beach areas all with ample parking, restaurants and rest rooms.

The Sarasota area stands up well as a second centre after time spent in Orlando or as a single location for a relaxing Florida beach holiday. Known as 'Florida's Cultural Coast' Sarasota offers world class art and entertainment the whole family will enjoy. Kids will be thrilled to discover the city was once the home of John Ringling and his world famous Ringling Brothers Circus. Today the circus magnate's legacy is on display at the Ringling Museum of Art set in a palatial estate boasting an art museum, circus museum, theatre and mansion.

As well as the beaches, holidaymakers will also be attracted by the area's many shopping malls, wide range of restaurants and huge selection of golf courses.

Basically this a great all-round destination with something for all the family. All ages will enjoy exploring the various islands and their beaches. Dining options range from small beachfront restaurants and major nationwide chains. Shopping is also a major Florida attraction, choose from a number of major malls or wander through the galleries and specialist stores of St Armand's Circle.

All mainland villas are located in Bradenton, the main residential area surrounding the city of Sarasota, and are a 15-20 minute drive from the beach, definitely an excellent base for exploring the surrounding coastline.

All villas are maintained and furnished to a very high standard. Guests can expect clean, comfortable accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright Floridian style decor and modern appliances.

The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas and TV, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. Leading off from the living area will be the master bedroom with oversized ensuite bathroom and two, three or four further bedrooms which share at least one and often two family bathrooms. As it's the long sunny days that attraction the majority of guests to Florida's Gulf Coast, the main focal point of these wonderful homes is always the private swimming pool. There are sun loungers and patio furniture and all pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leafs and bugs out of the water.
