Each village in Bali tends to have three temples which follow the placement of how they view the universe and their religion. It is truly a unique place, with beautiful temples at the top of mountain peaks and numerous festivals throughout the year.

Bali is a surfers paradise! Since being exposed to the western wave riding culture in the 1930’s Bali’s surf scene has increased massively. Most of the beaches around Bali are strictly for pro surfers due to the reefs, but there is something for all levels when learning at one of Bali’s surf schools!
If you’re a foodie (who isn’t?!) then Bali is the place for you! Due to its rich and fertile soil, and amazing recipes, the people of Bali have created distinctive cuisines to tantalise the taste buds.
You can enjoy traditional Bali food on the popular street food stalls or enjoy a more opulent experience in one of the many fine dining restaurants.
For people looking for a taste of home, there is no shortage of restaurants from American to Italian to Greek! Just remember to wear loose trousers!

When travelling to different destinations travellers often worry about the local people and how they treat and interact travellers. This certainly isn’t a concern in Bali, as the Balinese people are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.
The locals are often interested in engaging conversations with tourists, and the warmth and friendliness have made tourists feel at home for decades. There culture and way of living is to live in harmony and to never get angry. Making it a harmonious island to visit!
