Florida Villa

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the community of Orange Tree and will sleep up to eight guests in comfort. The home is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and the kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances. The main dining table offers seating for up to eight guests and additional seating for four is available at the breakfast table.  In the main living area there is a television and doors that lead onto the pool deck. The home also has a second sitting area, but without a TV. The bedrooms consist of one king room with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading directly onto the pool deck, one queen room and two twin rooms. For guests enjoyment there is a games room in the garage that has a football table and ping pong table. Internet access is also available within the home for guests to use.  Outside you will find your own pool and sundeck that is equipped with outdoor pool furniture. For those looking for some shade there is a covered lanai area to offer some shade from the sun.
