Norwegian Fjords

Start this Norwegian Fjords holiday by flying from the UK and arrive is Oslo, spend the day settling into your hotel and meeting up with your tour guide and fellow travellers.

Day 2 – Travel along the the scenic Norwegian Riviera and visit the idyllic harbour town of Adrenal. A port since the 14th century, known for its timber and old town hall. The tallest wooden structure in the country. Visit the fish market, a perfect place to watch the entertaining fishmongers or relax at one of the side walk cafes.

Day 3 – experience beautiful, coastal scenery as you visit some of the pristine villages of whitewashed timber and lighthouses. Stroll through the old-town to to see a 12th century cathedral and captivating collection of 18 and 19th century wooden buildings.

Day 4 – Board the ferry that takes you across Hardangerfjord and see some amazing views along the way!before arriving in pretty Bergen, known as the green meadow among the mountains.
Day 5 – Today is yours to explore Bergman at your own pace as there are a number of spectacular attractions to see and things to do!

Day 6 – Ride on Bergen railway from Voss to Myrdal and then from Myrdal to Flam. See some of the worlds most breathtaking scenery such as graceful waterfalls, towering mountains and verdant valleys. Later, cruise along Norway’s legendary SOGNEFJORD

Day 7 – Reach the Nordfjorden region today and take a break in enchanting Loen, gateway to some of the countries oldest farms.

Day 8 – Enjoy a day of leisure to explore Loen and take advantage of some of the available outdoor activities or enjoy an unforgettable cruise on the Geriranger Fjord.

Day 9 – Stop in Lom to see iconic wooden stave church, you will also visit Lille-hammer, host of the 1994 Winter Olympics and home today to a lively art scene.

Day 10 – Visit the open air ethnological museum – includes ruins of 950 year old cathedral. Later, return to Oslo for a guided tour. See the medieval Akershus Castle, National Theatre, Parliament, Royal Palace, Broadcasting House and visit the historical Viking Ship Museum.

Day 11 – Fly back to the UK
