This privately owned 6-bedroom villa is situated in the gated ChampionsGate resort community in Davenport. It features a west-facing private pool and spa, a well-equipped games room with pool table, air hockey, and table football, plus three separate lounges. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area. The family lounge has a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV with direct access to the pool and spa. A second lounge with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV is on the left side of the villa, while upstairs offers a third lounge with a sectional sofa and projector screen. The main bedroom upstairs has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, also with a King bed and en-suite, is at the back left. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with a King bed and en-suite, ideal for guests seeking privacy. Bedroom 4 features a Winnie the Pooh theme, a Queen bed, and a shared en-suite with Bedroom 5, which has a Frozen theme, a Double bed, and a Single bed. Bedroom 6 has Mickey Mouse-themed Bunk beds.
