Located in Solterra, a gated resort community in Davenport, this privately owned villa is 15-20 minutes from Disney World, 20-25 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, and under 30 minutes from Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Orlando’s newest park, Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes away. The villa offers 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, a home cinema room, a well-equipped games room, and a south-facing private pool and spa. Resort facilities, a 6-minute walk away, include a heated outdoor pool, lazy river, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, gym, TV lounge, children’s play area, and tennis and beach volleyball courts. Nearby dining options include ChampionsGate, 5 minutes by car, and numerous restaurants along US192. Inside, the open-plan living space features a modern kitchen with appliances and utensils, a breakfast bar seating 6, a dining table, and a lounge with patio doors to the pool deck, comfy seating, and a large flatscreen TV. The home cinema room upstairs seats 8 in front of a giant screen. The Main bedroom on the ground floor has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, and pool access. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a King bed and en-suite; Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and shares an en-suite with Bedroom 4, a Mickey Mouse-themed room with a Single bed and Bunk beds. Bedroom 5, adjacent to Bedroom 2, is Star Wars-themed with a Single bed and Bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a flatscreen TV. Outdoors, the south-facing pool area offers ample seating, a spa, privacy hedges, direct access to the Main bedroom’s en-suite, and a complimentary gas BBQ grill. The games room at the front of the villa includes a pool table, air hockey, and table football. Resort amenities nearby provide additional entertainment and fitness options.

Solterra is a gated resort community in Davenport, located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway and half a mile down Pine Tree Trail. It offers a variety of vacation homes ranging from 4-bedroom villas and townhomes to 14-bedroom villas suitable for multi-family holidays. Each property features a private swimming pool, with most also including a spa. Popular villas face south or west to maximise Florida sunshine. Solterra is known for some of the best games rooms in Davenport, featuring pool tables, air hockey, and table football. Community amenities include a large clubhouse with free wi-fi in the internet room, a fully equipped modern gym, and a TV lounge. Outdoors, there is a resort-style swimming pool heated from November to February, a lazy river suitable for all ages, spa, sun loungers, and cabanas. A nearby picnic area offers a social space, while tennis and beach volleyball courts provide active options. The community is secured by 24-hour manned security at the entrance. Nearby shopping includes Publix supermarkets within a few miles, the Posner Park outdoor mall with stores like JC Penney and Target, and Premium Outlets less than 20 minutes away. Dining options are plentiful at ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, about 5 minutes away, and along the US192 corridor. Golf courses suitable for all levels are found nearby at ChampionsGate and Reunion. The closest communities are Sunridge Woods and Bridgewater Crossing. The lazy river will close from 8 September, with pool and hot tub work starting 22 September, aiming to reopen by 14 December 2026.
