This 6-bedroom privately owned villa is located in Solterra, a gated community in Davenport near Disney World. The villa offers a west-facing private pool and spa with lake views and a well-equipped games room featuring air hockey, table football, pool table, and an arcade machine. Resort facilities, just a 2-minute walk away, include a heated outdoor pool, lazy river, spa, gym, sports courts, picnic area, kids' play area, fishing lake, and clubhouse with internet room and TV lounge. The villa’s interior includes a stylish dining area seating six, a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, and a second dining table overlooking the pool deck. The downstairs family lounge has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, sectional sofa, and access to the pool deck. Upstairs, a second lounge with a flatscreen TV and sofas offers additional relaxation space. The main bedroom is downstairs with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, and pool deck access. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has Twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have Queen beds, and Bedroom 6 features Twin beds. Every bedroom includes a flatscreen TV. The extended west-facing outdoor area includes a covered alfresco dining space, privacy hedges, no rear neighbours, and lake views. Solterra is a gated resort community in Davenport, located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway and half a mile down Pine Tree Trail. It offers a variety of vacation homes ranging from 4-bedroom villas and townhomes to 14-bedroom villas suitable for multi-family holidays. Each property features a private swimming pool, with most also including a spa. Popular villas face south or west to maximise Florida sunshine. Solterra is known for some of the best games rooms in Davenport, featuring pool tables, air hockey, and table football. Community amenities include a large clubhouse with free wi-fi in the internet room, a fully equipped modern gym, and a TV lounge. Outdoors, there is a resort-style swimming pool heated from November to February, a lazy river suitable for all ages, spa, sun loungers, and cabanas. A nearby picnic area offers a social space, while tennis and beach volleyball courts provide active options. The community is secured by 24-hour manned security at the entrance. Nearby shopping includes Publix supermarkets within a few miles, the Posner Park outdoor mall with stores like JC Penney and Target, and Premium Outlets less than 20 minutes away. Dining options are plentiful at ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, about 5 minutes away, and along the US192 corridor.
