Windsor Hills is a gated resort community in Kissimmee, located less than a mile from US192 via Old Lake Wilson Road, near a Walmart store. Built between 2005 and 2010, it offers a mix of apartments, townhomes, and 3 to 6 bedroom rental villas, each with a private pool. Some villas include a spa or face south or west, with views of conservation areas or lakes. The resort is popular and many guests return annually. Facilities available at no extra charge include a lagoon pool heated in winter, kiddie water park, cushioned sun loungers, gazebo overlooking a lake, hot tub, and a castle play area for children. Indoor showers are provided for guests who have checked out but wish to freshen up before departure. Sports courts offer volleyball, basketball, and tennis. Adjacent is a large family BBQ and picnic area. The clubhouse features a 40-seat cinema with over 600 family-friendly films, a gym, video games arcade, ping-pong, and pool tables. A computer room with free Wi-Fi allows guests to access the internet, print boarding passes, or plan activities. Security is provided 24 hours by manned staff at the entrance gate. Nearby shopping includes Walmart on Old Lake Wilson Road, Rolling Oaks Commons two miles away, and Premium Outlets about 10 miles via I-4 Exit 68. The US192 offers numerous restaurants and fast food options. Central Florida’s many golf courses are close by, with Reunion and Mystic Dunes among the nearest. Crestwynd Bay is the closest community, while similar resorts include Aviana, Bella Vida, ChampionsGate, Emerald Island, Paradise Palms, Solara, Solterra, Storey Lakes, Trafalgar Village, Watersong, Windsor at Westside, and Windsor Palms. A maximum of three cars per property is allowed, parked on the villa driveway without blocking sidewalks or streets; additional parking is near the clubhouse. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, with after-hours disturbances reported to Osceola Sheriff's Non-Emergency at 407-348-2222.
