Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an established gated community located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 2 – only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World Maingate. This location is a favourite for returning holiday makers, located away from the hustle and bustle of the Kissimmee area. The community consists of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes with their own pools. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is one of the more prestigious golf courses in central Florida. As you enter the development there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools (contact us for further details on which community pool can be used as this does vary with the location of your rental property), two tennis courts, a small children’s play area with swings and slides and a Clubhouse with restaurant and bar.
